One of South Florida's largest software providers by local workers is making job cuts, joining the herd of tech companies saying they need to prioritize the right investment areas. UKG, formerly Kronos, said on Thursday it restructured parts of its organization and cut about 265 roles across the world, approximately 1.7% of its workforce. In 2020 the Massachusetts-based workforce software provider formerly known as Kronos rebranded as UKG, or Ultimate Kronos Group, after completing a blockbuster merger with Weston-based Ultimate Software.
